Orders are shipped by regular ground UPS In the 48 continental states. Some small items may be shipped via USPS First Class/and or Priority Mail. Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping cost is 15% to your product cost. Handling charge $7.00 per order. There is a $5 heavy weight item fee on items marked HEAVY. Generally orders are shipped within 7-10 working days from receipt of order. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is actual-CALL FOR RATES. We are unable to ship to APO addresses.
Michigan residents, please add sales tax to the item total. We do not ship DHL or FedEx.
If you submit an order with an incorrect address you will be responsible for any charges from the carrier for returning, updating or forwarding your shipment to a different address.

VISIBLE DAMAGE If merchandise is visibly damaged, please
1. Inspect contents while delivery person is there. If damaged, you should refuse delivery and UPS will return the package to us.
2. If delivery person is already gone, UPS must be informed of all damaged merchandise. Please call your local UPS terminal
to notify them of the damage. Keep all packing materials until shipment is inspected and claim is issued.
3. Please notify us of the damage after you notify UPS.
4. Replacement items will be shipped promptly.
RETURN & PRICE POLICY
10% restocking fee and return shipping charges on all return items. Free replacement of damaged goods. For all returns, please call first to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and to explain your reason for return. Return shipping to be paid by the customer.
